100% recommend. He did elbow reconstruction surgery on my puppy, Cooper. I was afraid that he was going to associate Dr Dycus with pain, poking, and prodding. I thought the follow-ups would be an anxious nightmare for him. Nope! He was so damn excited to see Dr Dycus at every appointment. Dr Dycus spent a lot of time with us, explaining the diagnosis, then going through our options. We chose surgery and the results were actually better than predicted. He’s unfortunately having another flare up, so back to Dr Dycus we go!
Phenomenal place. Hands downs the best vet experience in years. Dr Dycus is thoughtful, listens, and takes time to explain everything in as much detail as you need. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and clearly like their jobs here. Techs are also excellent. Strongly recommend.
Everyone was awesome! Staff takes the time to really explain and answer any and ALL questions. My dog was really comfortable for his consultation. He never lays down in a vet's office yet alone lie down on bed. Truly excellent place. Highly recommend.
