He explains everything thoroughly, there’s never any pressure, and his prices are lower than any other clinic in Worcester County. Everyone who loves their fur babies should go here! It’s heartbreaking to see how his small business has struggled through the pandemic and how hard it’s been for the office to be chronically short staffed over the last few years, which has apparently led to some people posting bad reviews. We booked an appointment for our cat, confirmed over the phone and everything. Went there, they said they had no record of any communication and no appointment. I figured maybe my girlfriend gave me the wrong vet and had booked elsewhere. Not only did she have call logs for multiple calls with this vet, but a few weeks later we received a postcard that our cat was overdue for an appointment. The cat that they allegedly never booked, yet somehow had our address and our cat’s name. We ended up going to a different vet with competent office staff. Update: They continue to send us appointment reminders despite their claims that we never scheduled an appointment with them.

The vet is amazing and so is the staff! They were so compassionate when we had to put our dog down and give great care to our pets. Their Sat hours are great!

I just stopped in at this little clinic because I need to get some antibiotics for my dog. I travel, so this is the option that would have been easiest for me. I would have been happy with making an appointment and seeing a doctor. The receptionist asked if she could help me. I stated I was wanting to buy some medications for my dog. She instantly asked if they saw my dog there. I answered no. And she instantly told me, a bit condescendingly, that we can't sell you medication for your dog. And that was that. No, I'd be happy to get you an appointment to see a doctor. No, what kind of medications were you needing? Nothing. I could have been looking for flea and tick prevention for all she knew. This is very poor service,
