Dr. Burt Veterinary Care

My kitten needed to be seen ibdidnt have an appointment and just drive to the clinic for when they opened. Theybsaw him with out any hesitation. DR burt gave a reasonable suggestion and asked several times if I had any questions. The staff were all lovely and kinda. I was very thankful they were so accommodating.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Burt and his team! After being quoted over 5 thousand dollars and exhausting every financial option for my dog’s ACL repair, I was overwhelmed and heartbroken, worried that my dog would never walk normally again. Then I found Dr. Burt’s clinic. She is doing amazing now, and I couldn’t be more grateful. In a world where veterinary care often feels like price gouging, Dr. Burt and his team are truly a breath of fresh air, compassionate and fair. Their kindness, professionalism, and skill made the entire process easier. If you are looking for a fancy large clinic, this is not the place for you. Was very disappointed with our last visit. We brought our sheep in cause she was laboring and struggling. He didn’t listen to our questions. He rushed us through. Our sheep ended up dying and we lost all 3 lambs because she was in fact laboring and her cervix didn’t open. We took her to a different vet and they helped! But it was too late. If Dr Burt would have listened we could have saved them all. I am usually very happy with his care, but this time was a huge fail!!

Horrible experience. Do not take your loved pets here. From the moment the doctor entered the room, there was no greeting, no introduction, and no communication whatsoever. He walked in the door without even looking at me didn’t ask a single question about my dog, his medical history, or why we were there. As a new patient, this was an immediate red flag. Without explaining his thoughts, asking for consent, or outlining a plan, he briefly glanced at my dog’s very painful tumor on his paw and then proceeded to insert a needle into it without warning. Didn’t even ask me first or give me time to think about it. His response was simply, “We have to see what’s in it,” with no concern for whether I was okay with this or for my dog’s comfort.
