Dr. Barbara E. Kitchell, DVM

I had called August 2, pertaining to a medical question about my dog Princess. It was for euthanasia options as she has had skin cancer for a while and devolved malignant tumors. I was met with the most disrespectful and unprofessional manner, and spoken to with raging impatience. It was quite disheartening coming from a facility supposedly founded on respect and patient care. As a vet tech student myself, I understand that the job can be very stressful. However that was absolutely unnecessary.

Everyone was very kind and they were able to help my cat with an emergency procedure. He's back at home and seems to be on the mend. Thank you!

We had to put down our vet at VCA this evening. The staff was very compassionate and professional. Dr. Lowell was amazing to my mother and niece. Thank you!

Dr. Mitchell has taken wonderful care of my malamute Ceres. Highly recommended oncologist! 💜

Love both Doctors I saw in the Oncology department. Have helped my dog tremendously.
