Downtown Hound

We discovered the Hollister Hound through a friend! We decided to try them out, and we are extremely happy with the service! Our dog, Oliver, was not stressed out, the shop was clean and inviting, and everyone was super friendly. Great communication as well! We have a happy dog who smells great, looks good, and we have already booked our next appointment.

Great place and my dads dog loves going in for a grooming! They have a cute store with dog treats and accessories also. Reasonably priced and great customer service. Happy dog 🐕

I’ve been taking my two large goldendoodles here (one curly and one straight hair) for about 8 months now. They do such a great job every time. It’s a calm environment for my dogs and they are extra accommodating for my 13 year old senior dog. Everyone is super nice and my dogs love their groomer. We switched from another business because they were leaving the groomers stressed everytime. The turn around in their anxiety since switching to downtown hound has been a huge relief. As an added bonus to their great service, their pricing is competitive.

We love taking our Dug to the Downtown Hound. Staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and obviously love dogs. Dug is a yellow lab who sheds like there’s no tomorrow. The de-shedding process helps with the shedding and his coat is soft and clean. Dug loves the Staff and he is worn out from playing upon his return home. Highly recommend. 💞

I took my HIGH anxiety Pomeranian Halley and my stubborn French Bulldog Hercules. Halley hasn’t been to a groomer in over 3 years cause they always call me to come get her! Let me Tell ya- these girls aces it! Both pups clean, dishes, trimmed and sporting their brand new collars! We (me especially) had a great experience! I even shopped downtown Hollister and hung around for the call to come get Halley! It never came! Such a cute boutique too! We loved it and my pups will def be back! No more DIY grooming for me! Downtown Hound all the way!!
