What a luxury it is to have such a great practice here in Douglas. The new veterinarian is outstanding - she knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with. The office still has the same great service, with a few added benefits like text confirmations. Saddie liked everyone there (probably helped by all the cookies).

I just want to thank Dr. Delbecq and her staff for the compassionate treatment in the end of life situation for our dear Chloe, who passed away at 20 years old. I feel like I finally found a vet that I can trust and I can tell how much she cares about your pet. They are the best!!

I cannot say enough great things about this business and staff. Everyone is so friendly. I recently signed up to foster a dog that was used strictly for breeding. I received this dog from the National Bernese Mountain dog foundation out of California. They drove Lady to me in Massachusetts. They went out of their way to find a vet in my area to work with them. This establishment agreed. They were very gentle and followed all protocols. My timid dog didn't love it but she was accepting to them. Today she had her stitches removed from being spayed. She was uncomfortable with the environment but they put her at ease. It was streamlined. After everything was complete she wouldn't leave the exam table! I have gone through so many vets over the years. It has been challenging finding a vet that truly cares about my dog and listens to me as her mom. Dr. Delbecq and her staff are FANTASTIC. I took Phoebe for her yearly check up and Dr. Delbecq listened to me, treated Phoebe with love, answered all my questions, actually helped with the yeast problem in Phoebe's ears (that for some reason no other vet has been able to clear up for her), and called me herself to explain Phoebe's test results etc. I recently had her clean Phoebe's teeth as well. Dr Delbecq called me the next day to check on Phoebe and spoke to me about what they did to her teeth, which ones may have future issues and to answer any questions I may have. Dr. Paul is a great vet! Always makes "Lil kitty" feel better after her visit. I would recommend him for any animal. He has compassion for his furry friends.
