Double Arrow Vet Clinic is the best! The staff is always friendly, caring, and helpful. Dr. Brooke is amazing — she truly listens and takes wonderful care of our two girls. We feel so blessed to have such a compassionate and professional team looking after our pets!

I've brought my doggo in 4 or 5 times for some minor procedures, shots and wellness. My dog and me have always been treated very well by the Vet and staff. They have a practal approach to care and I have never felt like they pushed extra treatments.

So very pleased with the service we received at our initial appointment. Reception staff were prompt, courteous, helpful. Dr Schaefer was informative, so that we feel we thoroughly understand why our dog got sick, what interventions would work best going forward, and how best to treat his condition at home. The dog improved noticeably every day after treatment, and now he's perkier than he had been the past few weeks. Thanks also to Tech Lauren for our initial intake, which was also welcoming and reassuring.

Rafiki my cat is one of those one-person kinda cats. I’ve had him since he was 2 days old, bottle fed him back to life, etc. He loves and adores me, I love and adore him. Needless to say, when I was squishing him one night and felt a large mass in his hip, my whole world shattered. I wasn’t near my regular vet anymore,I do not like vet-hopping, and nobody here knows me or Rafiki. I chose Double Arrow based off previous reviews and bios on their website. My experience with Double Arrow Vet. Clinic has always been exceptional, the staff are experienced, very welcoming and show concern for my dogs. I lost a very special dog a year ago to severe seizures, Dr. Randy spent many hours night and day helping me through this and treating Jesse. I will be forever grateful for the kindness and concern this clinic and all the staff have always shown me and my pets. I recently acquired a new special puppy and they have treated her exceptionally well as they always do. The clinic is clean, well stocked and everyone is competent and helpful. I also have a senior horse and they have taken care of his needs as well. I would recommend Double Arrow to anyone who has animals in need of care.
