Bought my dog a new harness and the owner took the time to help select it. They had an 8 pack of poop bags and their prices were the same as big box corporate stores! They also have adorable puppies to look at!!! ☺️

She truly loves animals, and loves being around people who love them too. She's filled with knowledge for those that need direction or advice, and she's open to communication which is hard to come by these days esp in the animal community where its filled with know it alls, who sometimes don't know anything. If she doesn't have something you need, she will look it up and see if she can order it for you. I go to her for all my pet needs, and sometimes just to chat. She's one of my favorite human beings and I'm so glad that her shop exists. She does a lot for the community as well, always willing to help within reason. Wonderful shop. I always prefer to go to a small place like this over a corporation any day but this one was especially exceptional. The helper cats there were very kind and polite they helped me find what I needed. The dogs in the windows made sure that my experience there was overflowing with cheer. Oh and the human was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I needed to feed my new ball python. They have quite a variety of other animals and products and I plan to go back and give it a better look when I'm not in a hurry as I was during this visit. I will certainly be recommending this shop to everyone I meet that has animal needs.

The lady that was working was ALWAYS friendly, helpful, creative, and understanding. I shopped various times for various things. On the rare occasion I didn’t find what I needed nobody had it. While there is a smell when you immediately walk into the door you can see immediately to your right puppies and kittens in the back. I just struck the smell up to babies that haven’t been potty trained. Things could be presented better, but I think ultimately a bigger place with more shelving would be ideal. I will miss the lady dearly. While she was allergic to birds she was always there with a smile and I showed her mine and she was excited for updates along their egg journey.

Smells horrible, very very dirty unhealthy environment, needs USDA inspection, animals also look sick and overcrowded. Windows so dirty you cannot hardly see them. They stashed older puppies in the back that they couldn't sell, they are all matted and run indoor and outdoors, they need to rehome these animals asap, even if that means lowering the price significantly, they need to do what is right for the animal. It's selfish to keep those puppies that big, some of them look as old as 6 months already and they are all together and will start breeding now.
