If I could rate my experience a zero I would. I don't ever leave reviews, but I felt like it was necessary for me to do so this time around. I have been taking my dog to Donna's groomer for a couple months now and haven't had any issues, apart from the actual owner’s, bad vibes and rudeness. I took my dog for her post surgery haircut, so she did have a few mats, especially around her ears which I let the groomer know. I told them to shave her down and just do whatever necessary so that the hair grows back evenly and so she's not uncomfortable. Two days after her appt, I noticed some blood spots behind her ear, and on her head. I honestly didn't think anything of it, until I kept seeing more blood spots so I decided to check her out and noticed a gash in her ear. By the time I had noticed i

Kristen at Donna's Pet Depot is hands down, the best groomer. I was nervous about taking my 7 mos old Aussie puppy to anyone. But my Ellie is a typical puppy, getting into everything and desperately needed a good professional groom. My biggest concern was finding someone patient enough to deal with a bouncy puppy with some fear issues. My next issue was getting the type of trim I wanted for an Aussie. Kristen didn't disappoint and has a permanent customer! Besides a short video proving my puppy was not freaking out (like I'd half-expected), the quality of both Ellie's first experience and grooming is impeccable. Ellie looks better than I'd hoped with her perfectly groomed "Aussie pants". Kristen KNOWS how to handle puppies and groom to breed standard. I'm impressed and will be back! Than

My dog had a bad groom here - that being said , the previous 6 or so cuts were fine . I know my dog can be wiggly and fearful He is old - doesn't like being away from mom - I specifically asked the groomer if she was comfortable with my guy- she said she was - I was shocked when I picked him up- several days later I felt gaslighted when I spoke to the owner . I will not be back .

We brought our dogs Ruby and Duncan for grooming today. It was their first time being groomed at Donna’s Pet Depot and Sage was awesome. Our Labradoodle got such a great cut and her nails were the perfect length. Our hound mix got a bath and his hair was shiny and soft. The services were done quickly and our pups were happy when we picked them up. That’s all we can ask for. We will definitely be back, and would highly recommend.
