Tina, Jamie, everyone there has always provided excellent care for our Collies. We think they love them as much as we do! The facilities are spacious and well designed. The drop off and pick up times are very convenient. Communication is seamless. They continue to add enrichment experiences, walks, play spaces, even special seasonal treats. We don’t feel any guilt when Kepler needs to stay at his Pet Resort.

Dogwood Pet Resort is a total treat! 😉 I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about it here. We love it here, but most importantly our girl, Scout, loves it too! They nailed it with the transportation service- convenient and just plain smart. Hands down, this service is honestly the closest thing to a ‘luxury amenity’ the Cumberland area has seen in years! 😬👏🏻 Tina and her team have created something special- rooted in what is undoubtedly most important to us as pet owners— lots of love, safety and genuine devotion. You can tell everybody here loves what they do, and the only things they (probably) love more, are our pets. I will always feel like Scout has a second family here. All’s well that ends in a wagging tail. Thank you guys so much. 💜🐾

My boyfriend and I saw this place at the Western Maryland Craft Beer Festival. We walked up to their table because we were interested in their services but we stood there for five minutes looking at all the stuff on their table and no one even acknowledged us. There were five people behind the table talking to each other. We waited and it just felt awkward. They clearly saw us standing there and it seemed like they all pretended like they didn't realize we were there. It just feels like if you're running a table to support your business you should at least pay attention to the people that stop by. I had heard nice things about this place and wanted to find somewhere for our German Shepard when we go on trips, but it definitely won't be here.

Our baby boy loves your place. My husband and I never worry when he’s with you. You can tell that you love him as if he was your own. Your place is always so clean, the entire staff is friendly and helpful… you have us forever 🥰🥰

We can't say enough about the amazing care our pups, Bella and King, receive at Dogwood Pet Resort. From the moment we drop them off, we know they're in the best hands. Tina and her team are absolutely wonderful. They treat our dogs like their own, and it's evident that they genuinely care about their well-being. Every time we pick up Bella and King, they're always happy, healthy, and full of energy. It's clear they've had a blast during their stay. We trust Dogwood Pet Resort completely and highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for a place to board!
