That was very helpful and understanding. The vet the scream described exactly what I needed to know and answer all of my questions. Said she would even call and check up with my dog to see how she's doing in a few more days. And Ted already called me before to see how she was doing so I'm happy they don't just shove hills and tell you goodbye. They actually care. My poor baby's eyes were all puffy and red and she's being treated with antibiotics and prednisone. I hope she gets better

Just took our newly adopted kitten for his well check. What a beautiful and clean facility. The front desk was friendly. But....the Technician Erin was a pure gem, with beautiful bedside manners. She was friendly, approachable, engaging and knows how to "read the room" so to speak. she was gentle with Guapo and made me feel at ease when she took him to the back for "testing". I didn't catch the veterinarian's name but she was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will definitely come back.

I want to start by saying Cordova and the original vets and people are great. I am not thrilled with the services recieved from all the new people who came in with the merge. Services have gotten significantly slower, we were in here over 3 hours last time. The vet we saw was messing up our 2 cats' information when she came in to read it back to us. They did the exam and injections in the back without asking us if that was okay when we have always been present for the exams and any injections. They were talking about running tests before we were even given estimates to sign off on. The cats were handed off to several different people versus just 2 or three like usual. They also forgot us for a good 20+ minutes when they were supposed to be giving us the meds for the cat and we had to ask s

New puppy in the family, they were very patient and sweet with her. I have both dogs at Dogwood, my pets love everyone there.

They took really good care of my girl! It was very well coming and nice when you walk in. I am terrible with names but I believe I saw Dr. Cordova. She and her tech that day were amazing. They were very nice and informative!
