Today I had the pleasure of working with Ruby Rodriguez from Dogtra. My original order wasn’t processed, or misplaced in the system. She was very thorough and concerned about my needs as a customer, and to make sure everything was taken care of as I was a valued customer. I received an email back telling me my order had been placed. Call me old school, but I like talking to an actual human being rather than AI customer service, and Ruby didn’t disappoint. I can’t thank Ruby enough and Dogtra should be happy to have such a thorough invested employee as her. By the way, Hercules said thank you as well.

Worked with Tyler on an issue with one of my chargers. He was incredibly pleasant, understanding and efficient. Dogtra has stellar customer service and stands behind their products which seems to be a lost art these days. I had left a message, received a same day call back, my issue was resolved in under 10 minutes total - no long hold times, no phone prompts and annoying menus or transferring around departments. He had quick access to my orders. It couldn’t have been any easier. Wish every company worked this way. Thanks Tyler!!!!!

First class company, and first class Service dept. I recently sent one of my 1900S collars into them for repairs. The collar was fairly old, and heavily used and abused. I promptly received a very reasonable estimate for parts and repairs. The repair was completed, and the collar was returned to me in very short order, in new condition, for a fraction of the cost of a new unit. Bottom line being, professional quality product, with an outstanding company to stand behind it! Thank you Dogtra, Robert Adams.

Fantastic experience! Needed a repair on my ecollar. Called on Monday. Spoke to a real live human, not a recording! Shipped my collar express. They received it, had it fixed by Wednesday. Shipped back to me 2nd day air and I had it in my hands by Friday afternoon, ready to go hunting. People were nice, experience was smooth, and fast which seems to be rare these days! Thank you Dogtra team! Lastly I’ll add my ecollar is the 2500 T and B. It’s about 18 or 19 years old and it has performed exceptionally well. Well made product.
