Dogtown

Dogtown is truly our go-to place for our fur baby. We’ve been taking our dog there for the past 5 months, and it has been an amazing experience. Both boarding and daycare work perfectly for us, and the team is absolutely fantastic. Our dog literally asks to go to daycare—that’s how much he loves it there 🐶❤️ We also trusted Katie with his grooming, and she did an incredible job. Huge kudos to Katie for the amazing grooming—she made our baby even happier! I honestly couldn’t recommend Dogtown more.

If you’re just looking for day care, I think Dogtown Coconut Grove is fine. Our dog Lilo had fun playing with the other dogs, and we really liked D’aveion and how he handled our nervous dog. Unfortunately, with overnight boarding, Dogtown did not meet our expectations when it came to our dog’s safety, comfort, and health, and our overall experience with staff was disorganized. SAFETY: During her most recent stay, we were informed informed that Lilo got into a scuffle with another dog. We were informed that our dog and a puppy “nipped each other” while playing. I understand that these things happen, but she now has a chunk missing from her ear and will likely have a permanent scar. COMFORT: After the scuffle when it was time for bed, the photos uploaded to Lilo’s diary showed that the

Dog Town is hands down the best dog daycare in Brickell! From the moment we walked in, Frankie at the front desk made us feel so welcome. She gave us all the details we needed about our dog’s stay and was incredibly helpful. The real highlight was the amazing manager, Yami, who went above and beyond by offering us a discount on a daycare package—such a thoughtful gesture that will definitely keep us coming back. Thank you, Dog Town, for the wonderful service and care. Our pup is in great hands!

My 6-month old puppy has SO much energy & bringing him to daycare at Dogtown has been a game changer! He is so excited every time I drop him off, and all of the employees are so friendly & keep me updated on his behavior! I love that they don’t charge an extra fee for feeding him lunch. Plus, Dogtown has awesome daycare passes & membership options that make it a very affordable option compared to other daycares and in-home sitters! We love Dogtown Coconut Grove!
