They are very kind and made my Schnauzers look super pretty. definitely my trusted grooming

My dog is a yorkie, I asked for a teddy bear cut. When I picked him up he looked like a chihuahua, uneven cut just terrible. I called to complain and am still awaiting a call back. Soo disappointed not to mention the price for a 4lb dog was unreasonable.

I write this as I sit in front of the business. Fortunately did not have the grooming experience since communication was so bad. After many questions and discussion (this is my first pup ever), I decided to bring him here. She was speaking to me as if I knew dog grooming terminology or like I knew the process. I again reminded her that this was my first time. Nonetheless decided to bring him as she assured me he would be cared for. Was literally here 20 minutes ago and told the receptionist I would be back to bring my pup. She didn’t say the closed for lunch. Now I have to drive all the way home with my pup or find another groomer. Very sad that this was my first experience.

Absolutely the best groomers my dogs have ever been to! I wish I could still take my dogs there. Sadly I moved out of state.. If I’m ever back in El Paso, this is where I will take my dogs to be groomed!

Called to make an appointment and was lucky enough to be seen the same day. The girl at the front was nice and even remembered who my dog was. The place was clean when you walked in.
