Called to ask if she had availability today or tomorrow for a dog grooming for my golden retriever and she just said no and hung up on me. Great customer service won’t ever recommend anybody there.

She loves animals! She does a great job bathing and grooming your pets! I took a dog for my (now ex boss) boss's dog. This poodle had matted up hair, real bad! I told her the dog wasn't mine first! She got done, he didn't look like he did at all before. He looked like he just come from a dog show! He was so cute, she gave him a bandana to wear! Thank you!

Susan is always so fast about getting our dogs in. Very fair prices for the works! They look great every single time we get them back. She doesn’t keep your dog the whole day like most groomers- she can have them done most time within an hour or two. Won’t take my dogs anywhere else.

Had her trim my 10 week old Yorkies. She left them a mess not 2 hairs not same length. Ears 1 short 1 long. Paid $75 Very Very Disappointed

Moving to Excelsior was hard but what made this easy was finding a groomer who my little Nelson would be comfortable with, and me with the prices!! She knows her dogs and does a phenomenal job, will defiantly be back!!
