Very unprofessional. Wish I could have retained her services but after I was called in to an emergency work situation (I’m a health care professional and it’s a global pandemic) I left her multiple messages to cancel and reschedule. She didn’t check them, called me angry and hung up mid sentence before I could explain why I had to cancel. Refused to reschedule with us.
