Tracy is absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the care and attention she gives to my dog. From grooming to boarding, she goes above and beyond every single time. My pup always comes home looking fantastic, smelling great, and—most importantly—happy and relaxed. It’s clear that Tracy truly loves what she does. She takes the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs, which gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away. I never have to worry because I know my dog is safe, comfortable, and treated like family. Her communication is wonderful, and she’s incredibly professional and reliable. Tracey is wonderful at what she does! My Axel adored her! Even though he doesn’t like his feet to be touched he always loved getting a bath and getting pampered!
