We left Oakley here because Camp Bow Wow wouldn't board him because he did not pass his behavior interview, and I was desperate to find someone to care for him because I was leaving to Washington for several days. We showed up to inquire about their services and Eva as so nice and invited us to tour the facility and explained the services they offer along with a price brochure. You could instantly tell that she was an animal lover, and I felt trust in her. We scheduled a regular day of day care to see how he would do staying all day, and when I picked him up, he had a big smile. Yes, my dog smiles when he's happy and frowns when something is wrong or unhappy. Took our family dog to the Atascocita location for 3 days of doggie daycare. The first impression when you walk in is a horrible, nauseating smell. While the staff seemed nice, doggie day care was simply the same as kenneling my dog with two 45 min sessions of outdoor play. I received no feedback about his visits and he was depressed when I picked him up. I ended up switching to the Kingwood location and the experience was night and day.

This was our first time leaving our babies overnight they were well taken care of over the 4th of July weekend. We will definitely be returning, the staff is super nice and friendly and they truly care about our fur babies.

I want to thank the staff for taking care of our two dogs while we were out of town during hurricane Beryl. Even though the circumstances they did an excellent job on keeping the dogs comfortable, fed and safe. Overall, the facility is very clean, affordable and convenient. Definitely it is our to go place to leave our furry family members when out of town.

If i were a dog, I would stay here. The staff and facility are a human and a dogs best friend. My service Dog loves this place as I do.
