Dogs by Design & Cats Too!

Jocelyn is amazing - it is really impressive the level of care and patience she has for all of the animals. Our long haired elderly cat, Holly has been seeing Jocelyn for 3 years and we are so thankful for how she not only cleans her up and makes Holly feel so much better (removes knots and cleans out her ears and eyes) but does it in such a kind and caring manner. I truly do not know how she does it! A true cat whisperer. Our latest appointment was at 4pm on a Saturday after I am sure a very long week for her (and it was Valentines Day!) and Jocelyn’s energy and kindness were just like it was first thing in the morning on a beautiful summer day! Jocelyn is simply be best. Highly recommend!

Do not go here! We brought our cat here, and she could not handle him. For everyone’s safety, I asked that we stop the service. We tried to be understanding and chalk it up to our cat being difficult. However, my grandfather brought his elderly dog to be groomed here, and she was left UNATTENDED on the table, FELL OFF, and was HANGING BY HER NECK. This is completely unacceptable, and Jocelyn should lose her grooming licenses for negligence.

I absolutely love Jocelyn. She worked with my persian cat a few times already and was so great with him even though he had never been professionally groomed before. However, I was even more impressed with how she handled my elderly cat, who is nearly 18 years old. This was also his first professional groom. I had been doing it myself for years until he became too difficult for me to manage. His mats were tight and hard to remove, especially without hurting him, but Jocelyn did a great job. He is now moving around so much better and even chased a bug! I really appreciate her and recommend her to any of my friends and family. Thank you!

I had/have a current flea infestation at my home home with my 2 cats. I called and Jocelyn was able to get us in right away when I needed to coordinate. She was wonderful! She kept me updated during the day with texts about how the cats were doing. Unfortunately the cats had a lot of fleas and I called her the next day with my concerns and she had me come in right away so she could give them (another) flea bath. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She latterly would NOT give up until she felt that she got every last flea! I have 2 cats, both long hair, and she was able to shave them both, bath them, clip their nails and clean their ears. The cats aren't real happy with me right now, but I know they feel better getting all those fleas off! 100% recommend her and will definitely be back!
