My son and I visited The Dog Patch just to window shop, but we instantly fell in love with a sweet Labradoodle. The staff, especially the lady who helped us (I wish I could remember her name!), was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It was clear she truly cares about the animals and wants to ensure they go to loving homes. The facility was very clean, and all the animals looked happy and well cared for. When we picked up our Labradoodle, Deacon, the next day, he was freshly bathed and smelled amazing! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend The Dog Patch to anyone looking for a new fur baby

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Always goes above and beyond taking care of my ferrets needs. The care taken of every animal while they await their forever home is the best I’ve ever seen in any pet shop, I can’t wait to adopt my next ferret from here. Can’t recommend this shop enough. Always have a pleasant experience here. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Bought my snake from here and continue to get my mice here and they are always great to work with!

Amazing Experience, truly thankful for the owner and his team (I wish I could remember their names). We purchased a Christmas gift in advance and they housed our Beard Dragon for a week helping keep the surprise. On pickup day, the worker shared photos of her loving and tending to our Zippie. They will take the pet back and resell it but won’t refund or even consider an in store credit even if you only have the animal for 2 hours before bringing it back. What a scam. Spoke with the manager today and he would not work with me at all. He pretty much admitted that they have refunded people for pets in situations like this before but wasn’t going to do it for us. 0 customer service. Go ANYWHERE else.
