Absolutely love Kathy and staff.. my Gracie is definitely a handful but they always handle her with patience and love

Took our labradoodle there yesterday Kathy did an amazing job on her Our Pup LOVES to go there actually pulls me in the door! She yanks me backwards out of the vet and other groomers. She always looks beautiful Also the cheapest by $30 !

Kathy was able to get us in on short notice while we were visiting from out of town & staying at Seven Feathers Casino. Our little Lucy looked fabulous!

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give it that. Had an app for 9am, drove 30 minutes to get there waited outside for over 30 minutes, no one answered the door, no one answered calls or texts. After 30 minutes of waiting a co worker showed up, went up to the apartment to get Kathy, waited another 10 minutes still no communication. I left annoyed and had to drive another 30 minutes home. Such a waste of a morning. I do not and will not recommend. So unprofessional.

This is some bs this place never answers their phone and on top of that I booked my dog appointment on line and showed up just to see that it is closed and the people inside didn’t even come out to clear thing up or try to get me in some other time. I called them while I was there and no one answers like always don’t recommend this place it’s just best if you take your job somewhere else.
