Such a great group of people doing great things for the animals in their area. I adopted a pup from them and they were all so kind and accommodating throughout the process.

Tender Mercies is a phenomenal place to board your fur baby! They not only attend to the basic needs of your dog, but they also go the extra mile to spend time with them during their stay. You have live video access so you can check in on your dog anytime which is really nice. There is no doubt that my Sophie was well taken care of. We will definitely be boarding with Tender Mercies again in the future!

10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a little doggy hotel if they can't bring their fur baby along for a particular adventure. The place itself is so nice and clean, they truly care for our four legged companions. You can even check into a camera that is on your own little one if you're having anxiety or just want to check in. I will be returning here for sure and recommending it to anyone! I am so impressed with this business. The place smelled so clean. Wouldn't know that there were dogs being boarded there. The staff was so friendly and attentive to the dog we brought. They have access to outside (their own gated area) through their own kennel and a cot to sleep on. I heard that you can watch your dog via a camera on their kennel. Really nice place.

The staff go out of their way to make our dogs enjoy their stay at Tender Mercies. We have been bringing our dogs to TM for a couple of years. We travel a lot, often where it isn't easy to bring dogs or even wise. We are able to keep tabs on the dogs since there is video inside and out. We get the video feed on our cell phones.
