Karen is the best…and that is reflected in her availability! She is booked solid and for good reason. She makes room for my pup to come in for nail trims when I text ahead, and we have him booked out for the whole year because i know I can trust her and know she will be good to my boy. Karen is not only inclusive to the humans who own the dog, but she’s also incredibly compassionate. She posts on Facebook when her sweet pup clients pass away because she wants to pay tribute to them. They are all her sweet friends and she cares for them accordingly. She has been so kind to me as I navigated the loss of my past pups and learning to trust leaving my new pup there. She is the best. Karen is amazing with dogs. The first dog she groomed for me was a Britney spaniel. After his passing when I rescued a husky she walked me through how to groom him ,products to use . I have made many referrals to friends and family to use her. Karen truly cares for her dog and human customers

We just moved into the area a few months ago and were looking for a new groomer for our three poodles. Karen was booked out when I first reached out (a great sign), but we were added to a cancellation list. My dogs had their first appointment this week and everything was great. The pups look great. Karen was communicative throughout the whole process and sent updates and photos as well. My dogs did great with her which tells me she made them feel safe and comfortable! Karen was also understanding when I was running a few minutes behind on a hectic day. I’m glad the salon is a short walk from my place. I highly recommend Doggone Delightful.

Karen use to cut my dogs nails years ago before she passed away. I taking my other dog today for a nail trim. Karen is such a sweet lady. She even remember me from years ago. She does grooming too but I always just got the nails trim. U have to call and leave a message and she will get back to u to make appointment. No walk in just appointment only. Karen was great with my dog. My dog got anxiety issues and was attacked when he was a puppy. He don’t trust no another dog since then. I plan on bringing my dog every month for a nail trim.

As a black client that has been going to Karen for eight years; Karen is the best and Pumpkin loves her. Karen is punctual and truly cares for her clients. I couldn’t image taking Pumpkin elsewhere. Karen’s name can’t be mentioned until minutes before her appointment or she will drive us crazy until she gets to the salon. Thanks Karen for the care that you show Pumpkin.
