Very poor communication here. They left a note on their door at 7:30am saying they texted me and needed to reschedule due to Covid. I left, told them I never got the message. Then they told me it wasn’t meant for me. So was late for work because I hadda go all the way back home with my dog. Then they rescheduled on me twice later that week. I thought about it and I don’t need to put up with a lock of communication for my dog to look mediocre
They are absolutely wonderful with my girls. They are Australian shepherds, so the are a handful.
The girls that groom here just love my dog and he always looks great when he's done. They actually respect my request to shave his face even though that's not the norm for his breed. I'm glad to have such caring place to take him to❤
Won't bring my dogs anywhere else after going here!! Great place!
