Today was my first experience with a mobile dog groomer and I was very happy! My senior dog (13 yr old) who is anxious with strangers was so well taken care of. Madison did an amazing job with Zoey. Having had a bad experience at a groomer a few years ago, I was anxious about using a groomer again. But Madisen was so kind and explained everything to me before handling Zoey. Not having to leave Zoey for a period of time at an unfamiliar place was good for her (and me). Madisen had Zoey cleaned, dried, brushed, and nails clipped in no time without any stress. Thank you! I highly recommend and will be at returning customer.

I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience! As a dog trainer, I can be quite particular and have had many disappointing experiences with other groomers. However, this groomer was exceptional—professional, punctual (arriving early), and attentive to what I wanted. She kept me updated throughout the process and was kind and patient with my timid dog, taking the time needed to make him comfortable. My dogs received the BEST haircuts they’ve ever had from a groomer, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve taken my dog to several groomers before, but none compare to the care and attention we received here. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. My dog came out looking (and smelling) amazing—clean, trimmed perfectly, and completely at ease. I really appreciated how they took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure everything was done just right.
