In the beginning during our first couple of visits they were awesome. They did a great job and showed excellent customer service but the last visit the service was okay, but the customer service was awful. They had attitudes. I was not pleased with the service. I am very big on supporting hometown business, but customer service is one of my pet peeves when dealing with the public and bad attitudes are unacceptable.
I have two shitzus the grooming is great, face cuts are accurate for breed. They offer touch ups between grooming sessions. They have reliable daycare and boarding ! I am a happy customer.
Love this place! Great staff, Great service. They always take great care of my baby! If I could give more stars I would. We will not use anyone else!!❤️
Extreme pet friendly business. Had my 2 Weimaraner’ groomed and they did a really great job.
All I can say my dog look amazing, an i was more than satisfied.
