Doggie District - Craig Road

There are so many great things about Doggie District on Craig! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic. Booking was a breeze, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. What truly stood out was their communication during my dog's 5-night stay. They sent me regular updates and the sweetest pictures of my pup having the time of his life. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. The special events they planned were the cherry on top! My dog got to participate in fun activities, and you could tell he was having a blast from the big smile in all the photos. Our bulldog loves Doggie District!! The staff is great and my dog always comes home tired! It's also a plus that we can schedule grooming while she is there! We have tried other camps and always come back to Doggie District!

Brought my new 14 month old rescue Finley because he is having major separation issues. The staff there were awesome. I was able to watch Finley in the play yard and the staff were available to text with me as needed. He is continuing to thrive with the socialization they provide.

I can’t say enough good things about our dog groomers, Debbie and staff! Both of my girls—Lola (our fluffy little Pomeranian) and Gigi (our sweet, sassy Chihuahua)—always come back looking and feeling amazing. Lola’s coat is brushed out beautifully every time, and she always smells so fresh. Gigi, who can be a bit shy and sensitive, is handled with so much care and patience. It’s clear they truly love animals and know how to make dogs feel comfortable. I trust them completely with my fur babies and appreciate the attention to detail and kindness they consistently show. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who truly treats your pets like their own!

My experience has been consistently disappointing here. Customer service needs major improvement! The staff at the front desk rarely greet you, and they often seem uninterested in being there. They should know me and my dog by now when I walk through the door. Each time I pick up my dog, he’s wet, smells terrible, and it’s clear he’s been lying in a dirty crate for most of the day. The webcams they advertise to get you to sign up are terrible, and I can never get a straight answer about how often my dog is actually taken out for playgroup. For all I know, it could be only once per day. Every time we return home, he’s severely dehydrated, which is always concerning and I’ve brought this up to them several times. I’ve given this facility multiple chances, but this week was the final straw.
