Doggie Dews ( Pet Spa)

I brought my Labradoodle (Näna) in for a shampoo, and my Goldendoodle (Theo) in for a shampoo and haircut. One a girl, and one a boy. One blonde and white, and one red and white. We were told to remove their collars at drop-off and that was a HUGE mistake. They mixed them up and shaved my girl down, practically to her skin. Our boy only got a shampoo and a light trim. They admitted that this was a mix-up, but used the excuse that our girl was so matted, that she needed it more anyway.. and charged us FULL PRICE. Our girl had a few knots, but nothing crazy. I inspected her just before drop-off. Our boy was worse off (yes, we brush them regularly, but apparently not enough)… still no excuse for mixing them up and moving forward with charging us full price. Ana Mejia did a fantastic job grooming my dog! I really appreciate the time and care she took to make sure he was clean, well-brushed, and looking great, especially since he has an undercoat, as she pointed out. My dog is always so happy to come here and gets excited every time he sees the staff. Everyone is super friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend them!

Very impressed with the service provided. They do a great job from the time you schedule with them to the time you pick up your animal. My puppy doesn't mind going there and they do a great job grooming him. Groomer is SO good and gentle with my puppy!!

Nice people, right on time, both pup pups look fantastic after a good trim. Note that they have a chart with fake fur on it so you can choose the length of the trim as well as good questions about face trim. Overall very satisfied will go again!!!

Literally the only place I go. Did t even notice o was charged $10 extra mistakenly, but they did!! Even called and refunded it even though I never even picked up the phone. This establishment is worth giving your money to. I'll never go another place ever!! Edit: this remained the same. Took my sister's dog here today because her nails were so overgrown it grew into her paw and per usual I and my pets are treated like family. We love it here!
