Susan gave my westie (west highland terrier) a really great cut and nail trim. My dog even enjoyed it, surprisingly! Thank you, Susan! 🤍

Took my 2 dogs there for there appointment and she told me and my daughter that she was not doing them as she didn't have time. And because I took my dog to marion groomer previously she was not sure what to expect for my dogs behavior. Mind you the original groomer was booked solid and my dog couldn't wait. Terrible customer service. Wasted gas and my time. Why even make the appt? So I took my little guy to Iola and they did an amazing job. Highly don't recommend.

Hello I somehow am not getting review notices. I am the owner of Doggie Detailers and would like to address 2 issues. The first one is the lady who brought in 2 dogs for a full groom. She had only 1 scheduled. Yes her dog had some very skittish behavior and that does take longer. She brought the dog late morning or early afternoon. As far as the other groomer being booked and in bad need of a haircut, if you have a regular groomer then why don't you just book your next appointment before you leave. I would say over 75 percent of my clients do that. I understand that you were upset that your dog did not get done, but I was doing what was best for your dog. So sorry you were upset about that. Second is a review about a nail trim. I always have and always will do a 5 dollar nail trim. I

I was rather upset when I took my sons dog there for a nail trim she charged me 5.00, and I thought she went down in price. I told my son, and he said that's all he has ever paid. I told him she has always charged me 10.00 plus I would give her a 5.00 tip.

I have been taking Kooper to get groomed for a year and a half now. We had just moved to the area . Kooper fell in love with her immediately which I was so grateful for. She has done an excellent job each time she has done him. I am so blessed to have someone like Sue! She made it so easy to make the transition!
