I am the “mom” of Phoenix and since I can’t reply directly under the business response, I am sharing our experience here. What the Doggie Days reply did not mention is that I was in the vet field for 12 years. I have an extensive history of loving and caring for my animals, and we have records documenting Phoenix’s long-term care and medical history. For “clarity and transparency,” based on the veterinarian examination and records from that day, we were advised that respiratory/pulmonary distress was the primary concern. That differs from the explanation in Doggie Days’ response, and I disagree with their characterization of what happened. We also felt the business response implied we were negligent, which we strongly dispute. We have years of records supporting that we were not neglige

We love Doggie Days, it’s very convenient off of I-85 and they always provide a reliable experience when I need to board my dog. Although i haven’t used any yet, they do have a huge list of optional boarding and grooming services. All of the staff in front or answering phones have wonderful personalities and know what they’re doing. My dog loves them and I can tell they love their temporary little residents. I highly recommend Doggie Days if you need a trustworthy kennel in north Georgia.

I can’t say enough good things about Doggie Days. I’ve been taking my dog, Buddy, here for the past four years, and they’ve been incredible every step of the way. They truly treat him like their own, and it shows in how excited he is every time we arrive. The team has always been so flexible and understanding whether I’m running late from work or need boarding on short notice, they consistently go above and beyond to help. I trust them completely and couldn’t imagine taking Buddy anywhere else and it’s just an added bonus that it’s only 5 mins from where I work!

I had to euthanize my dog 30 minutes after picking him up from Doggie Days. The owner admitted this happened to another dog 2 months before mine. The owner has since retained legal counsel and sent me a Disparage Agreement specifically saying that he will give me my money back ($350ish) if I agree not to leave any negative reviews or discuss my situation on social media. He was adamant I did not do those two things. I did not sign. My dog was old. I never denied that. He had anal cancer but died of either pulmonary or cardiovascular issues. But he was still the most insane, crazy dog ever with more energy than you could imagine before this pickup. I dropped him off in great spirits. I was never contacted about his health or any concerns during his stay. I was not asked to authorize emergen

Absolutely awful experience! I highly encourage you to take your animal anywhere instead of this place ! I took my dog in to get his nails trimmed and filed , teeth brushing, bath and for a flea shampoo. When i recived my dog back he had white stuff on in his fur teeth were not brushed he had fleas in his fur and his nails was not cut or trimmed and neither filed they were just as he went in . When I pointed out that he stunk worser then I got him and had fleas on his coat they said they gave him dog a star which they didn't call me for and tell me they were gonna give him which is ridiculous they didnt even ask if he had it before or how long ago I revived my dog back just the way I sent him in if not worse I am highly unpleased
