We just LOVE Doggie Day Spa!!! Everyone is super friendly! We absolutely LOVE our groomer Vanessa! She is the BEST with our little Leroy!! We never have to worry about if he’s getting proper treatment or not . She’s super professional and treats our babies as if they’re her own!! She had almost bathed and nail trimmed our Pit Bull and our Lab, all 3 of our dogs love her so much!!! Now if I could just convince her to groom my long haired cat 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Doggie day spa was fantastic. My husband and I just moved to Ohio a few months ago and we were in search for a trustworthy place to get our dogs groomed. They were very patient and flexible with us. They took great care of our dogs and both came back to us looking and feeling fresh and clean. The bandanas were also a very cute bonus.
The most caring and kind people- not to mention the best groomers. I can always count on them taking great care of my pup. Vanessa and Kara are both so wonderful and my dog who is normally very anxious, gets excited the second he sees the front door of the building. Love that they give reports of my pup after his appointment. We also love utilizing the self wash stations!
The self groom experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon arrival, staff greeted my dog, by name, based on the photo uploaded prior to self groom appointment. All necessary equipment was included i.e. soap, conditioner (leave in) and cologne (scented and unscented), dryer, ear cleaner etc. (all of this and then some is mentioned on their site). This was my 1st time here; my questions before and during cleaning were answered with smiles. Will definitely return!
Just had our first grooming appointment with Doggie Day Spa (with Vanessa) and my dog came out looking amazing! Booking an appointment was super fast and easy, a surprisingly short wait time to get in as a new client, staff was super friendly and communicative, I got a picture when he was done and he looked great! 100% will be returning and looking forward to being a regular client moving forward.
