I am extremely disappointed with my experience. There is no clear indication on the website, Google listing, or any readily accessible platform that retail visits are by appointment only. After driving nearly an hour through traffic to visit this location, I arrived only to find out that I could not enter without a prior appointment. This information should be clearly and prominently stated online so customers can plan accordingly. Instead, I had to immediately turn around and sit back in traffic for another hour, completely empty-handed. I had every intention of placing a large order for my dog’s first birthday, but unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that clearly communicates its hours and appointment policies. We had our first visit to the Doggie Bag Cafe in Miami just before Christmas. They provided appetizers, a main course and desert for our babies that consisted of fresh veggies and organic/raw dog food. Each one of our pets got their own dishes, place mats, and other guests were able to use high chairs to eat at the table. We really enjoyed the attention our pets received and the quality of the food prepared for them was great. Our dogs loved the attention and it was fun for everyone!! What a disappointment. The place is nothing like the photos or reviews claim. The one staff person was rude and unfriendly ~ we get better service at PetsMart. The few treats they had looked like they had been sitting in the display case for months. We made a special trip out to this hole in a wall, but we totally wasted our time.
