Dog Zone

I can’t say enough great things about Dog Zone! From the moment we first walked in, the staff made us feel completely at ease. They are kind, professional, and you can tell they truly love every dog that comes through the door. My dog is always so excited to go, and comes home happy, tired, and well-cared-for. I also love how much fun they make it for the dogs — the holiday parties and birthday celebrations are the cutest thing ever! It’s so thoughtful and really shows how much they go above and beyond to make every dog feel special. The facility is always clean and well-organized, and the photos they share show how much the dogs enjoy being there. If you’re looking for a safe, fun, and caring place for your dog to play and socialize, I highly recommend Dog Zone!

My boy, Tito, absolutely LOVES the Dog Zone! I have to travel during daytime hours for work, so having somewhere he can go on certain days is important. The staff are amazing and the love they have for the daycare “kids” is so obvious! Tito is very social and loves his friends but he also loves greeting the ladies during his morning drop off. They do a wonderful job with bathing, nails, and ears as well! I have a hard time leaving my dog with other people but have so much trust the DZ girls that it’s never even a question if I’m uncomfortable leaving him. They’re flexible, friendly, and trustworthy and we can’t thank them enough for giving Tito a safe place to be with friends.

This should be 4.5, but there isn't one. But I'm pretty happy with how things went. My wife and I had clashing work schedules the other day, and based on a coworker of hers, we decided to put my GWP in a doggie daycare for the day. Her coworker (and my vet) recommended Dog Zone. Communication and getting her in was easy, and the paperwork was easy (allow about 10 or 15 minutes for that on your first visit). Picking her up was fast and easy as well. Just an FYI, they remove the dogs' collars for safety. They also offer bathing and claw clipping (which I had them do). There are four (I think) separate areas for the dogs, based on size, so they aren't with dogs they're going to hurt or that would hurt them by playing too rough or getting stepped on. I remember the first day I took him there and he came home with a damn collage of pictures of him playing with dogs. Before that he had been kicked out of two daycares at 10 months old. Over the years I’ve never had a bad experience with an employee or worried about how my dog was being handled. My dog has been going for 6 years. He runs inside every day!🙂

We took Remy a GSP earlier this week for her first visit. Upon arrival she was pulling me away from the building and once inside she was trying to pull to go out the door. She was scratching at the door to get out. Today, I took Remy and it was a whole new experience. She ran straight to the front door and once inside she made no attempt’s to leave. I think this speaks volumes to the level of comfort the ladies at The Dog Zone provide. Both times I dropped her off we were greeted by a pleasant smile and Remy got many head rubs. Marissa has been great to coordinate with. If you’re looking for somewhere to take your dog that treats them like family this is the place to go! Highly recommended.
