Dog Wash Grooming (You Can Do It)

I was at this facility last week. I'm not sure if it is under different ownership since the online photos differ from the actual facility. The facility was filthy, dog hair on the floor and in all brushes. Thankfully I bring my own brushes. The smell was pretty intense walking in the door. The young receptionist was amazing helpful and doing her best to keep the paperwork in order. Keep her!

I love it their. I've been going for several years. Prices are very affordable and Amy and Ollie are wonderful groomers. Brandon and Leslie are great front desk greeters. Definitely give them a try!

Fall is an amazing person. She very knowledgeable,Kind, polite Very frofecional. My little boy ziggy A 2 year old Boston Terri's. Always give me a hard time doing his nails. I just don't know what to do. But coming to this place It was the best for choice for me and handsome boy ziggy. No more sedating. It really affects me seeing him. Not been himself after. Again. Would have loved to come in and wash my dog, but I showed up during their posted business hours (came around 4pm and hours said open until 6) and it was all dark and closed. Someone else was also there and had the exact same experience. I understand being closed for holidays or whatever else, but it's very easy to put accurate hours and update closures. I also did try to call ahead and got no answer. Would be willing to come back and try again, but was just a bit of a bummer!

The staff here is great, it's very affordable and it's very close to my house, so I really love being able to take my pup there for the u-wash. But, I have been skunked SO many times with them not being open when I come by on a day and time that is well within their published hours (latest was this afternoon at 2PM, when they were supposed to be open until 6PM, and I think I'm giving up at this point. I'm giving it 5 stars b/c when they're open, it's GREAT, and I know how hard it can hit a business to give a low star review on Google. But I hope the owner checks these and can respond because it's so, so frustrating. I know running a small business is NOT easy but a lack of consistency - or at least lack of communication (when it's super easy these days to update a businesses open status a
