Our puppies love to go and be pampered by Maddie. They get so excited when we mention her name and going to see her. Thanks Maddie for always taking such good care of our puppies
Our dogs love going to see Maddie we just have to mention her name and spa day and they get all excited. She does an amazing job and treats our dogs as if they were her own. Highly recommend her. Our puppies always come home looking and smelling great
Our appointments are always canceled and moved around and it's incredibly frustrating because it has happened nearly every time we have an appointment, and always an hour - or even 45 minutes, before our appointment is scheduled. Besides that, our dog always comes home smelling and looking good, even decorated in bows and it's a reasonable price. We've unfortunately had to look for a new groomer because of how much they cancel.
Maddie is excellent our two dogs love her and always get compliments on how they look
It’s really hard to find people like Maddie who don’t treat customers and their pets transactionally. She cared more about making sure I was satisfied and that the service was performed to the standard I wanted/expected. She took great care of my dog. Definitely recommend 👍
