Dog Stars Pet Grooming

They wouldn’t groom my dog due to rabies so I had to go somewhere else when he’s a puppy so he can’t have rabies yet. Dogs still need to be groomed even before their rabies vaccine so you’re forced to take them somewhere else. I go back and then my dog has a couple of mats really not severe and they stated they couldn’t take my dog due to because he was a little wet and they were too busy to dry him up. I don’t like the customer service at all. I think the way they came out is very rude and I would not consider coming here at all. This place is not welcoming, especially if you’re looking to bring your dog for the first time. I used to be a veterinarian assistant and this place is lying when they say they can’t groom a dog due to mats or do a full groom on a puppy. I don’t agree with that a

I was very happy and a fairly long term customer of the previous owner. I brought my poodle in for an appointment. I thought she was getting groomed but apparently she was scheduled for a nail trim only. Ok that’s fine but the owner walked in just then and pushed for a groom if that’s what I wanted. She said she had time, so ok I’ll do that. I told her specifically how I wanted her groomed. When I picked her up, I didn’t look her over as I did when I got home. She wasn’t groomed at all!! I could tell her nails were cut and she smelled good but that’s it. She didn’t look brushed out, she didn’t have a sanitary trim. Her ears, tail, and the top of her head weren’t shaped. All this I went over when I left her. She never indicated that wasn’t going to be done. I brought her back in the next mo

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They double charged me last time I was here and claimed because there is “new management” they can’t do anything about it. I called while my dog was at his appointment to see when he would be done and then they charged me express grooming even though he was not ready by the time they said he would be done. New management seems greedy for money with all these nonsense extra charges…. Will not be coming back

Absolutely love Dog Stars Took our Bentley there for the first time in August. Going back again today for another pamper me day. Called to see if could bring in earlier they said Absolutely bring him in early totally good with that. Thank you Dog Stars so glad we found you to take care of our Bentley.

Jill did an incredible job grooming my dog Gianni! He looks amazing. I highly recommend Dog Stars and their wonderful groomer Jill!
