Dog Day Afternoon

Thor and Loki absolutely love this grooming place! We have been bringing them to Dog Day Afternoon since we moved to Lake Stevens, and they always come back looking amazing. The team does such a great job with their haircuts every time. We always leave satisfied and highly recommend this place to other dog parents! ❤️

The place was very dirty, and smelly. Also we were not notified prior that they do not crate the pups, our girl is 6 months and has had some socializing but still made us nervous. The wash and blow dry was good, but definitely not worth the price. Over other quotes I had, but I went with them due to reviews & proximity.

My corgis came back looking super cute with 🍑 booties and little scarves. My youngest was nervous as it was his first cut, but they said he did great. They got a bath, cut and got to meet some new doggie friends too! Definitely will be back.

We have been here a handful of times and it’s been ok overall, until today. What is usually a 4 hour service for our pup , almost took 6 hours from the time of drop off. I had to call and see how she was and ask for an eta. I was told she would be done in ten min. No problem… went and picked her up and someone other than the person that groomed her came out with her and explained she had been wiggly and got cut. It was a dime size, and very concerning. Shes never had a problem being groomed in the past. She didn’t mention it at all when I called, I had to find out when I picked her up. No offer to refund then so I paid in shock. When I called back and explained my shock, the gal who answered- Lori was very kind and helped me connect to Kayla the owner, and they issued me a full refund and

I'm so grateful for this place!! It's gotten to the point that my frenchie won't let anyone cut his nails and we have tried everything and wasted so much money (vets can't even do an exam without getting bitten because he is such a scaredy-cat) We were in and out in 5 mins!
