First time customer and I'm pretty impressed. Even though the website is straight forward and user-friendly, I decided to call and ask a question about the particular items that I wished to purchase. I spoke with Samantha, who was super friendly and very helpful. As a manager for the company that I work for I can tell when someone is dedicated to their job, and Samantha was just that. All my questions were answered professionally and even took the time to let me place my order over the phone "very impressed ". Within moments I got a notification that my package was picked up by carrier and again very impressed by the fast shipping method. My package arrived at my address on time despite bad weather. This company was absolutely amazing. I was in need of some GPS units for a training and had been waiting close to a month from another company. They were able to ship them out and get them here in time for my training.
5 star all of the way!!!! The amount of equipment for dogs and dog boxes is really good. Different sizes and prices for any budget. We used to go to Nightlight in Clarksville, AR They closed their brick and mortar and now they just have online shopping. If you enjoy hunting they have a good assortment of clothing and hunting attire along with gear. The staff are both helpful and friendly which is always a plus and the atmosphere is all about the sport of hunting.
I cannot say enough great things about this store and their staff!!!!!! The prices are as good as or better than online. I have never seen such an extensive selection of hunting and outdoor clothing!!!! We went for garmin track and train collars/ handhelds, left with those, plus all kinds of equipment for our dogs! Highly recommend!!!!!
