This vet clinic has always taken exceptional care of all my pets. The staff is friendly, helpful, and truly compassionate. They go above and beyond to get us seen quickly during emergencies, which means more than I can express. I deeply appreciate everything they do for me and my fur family and will always be grateful to them.

Great place! They got my cats in first thing the morning after I called about their gunky eyes and wheezing cough. After giving them a round of antibiotics Dr Chad went over and beyond giving both cats a steroid shot and heartgard free of charge! Love these people!!

I called to get an estimate for my dog to get spayed. I agreed to the estimate they had given me. I had let them know my son was going to drop off the dog in the morning as they asked (because I work at 5am). When my husband picked her up they charged us $100 more than what they had estimated. I called and spoke to Heidi and she stated that my son had signed a paper to examine her blood work. He was just dropping off the dog and I had already told them over the phone I didn’t want bloodwork. To make things worse Heidi got super rude over the phone and said well maybe if you would have dropped off the dog and not sent your son this wouldn’t have happened. There’s a reason why I called to get an estimate. I had never had a bad experience here but I will not be returning. Heidi reall

Best vet ever. Traveling through to Canada. They squeezed us in and diagnosed our dog in record time. Very polite caring and well priced service. Winston thanks them.

Do NOT take your little fur babies to Dodge City Vet. My dad dropped off our family dog this morning for a doggie dental cleaning and picked him up later this afternoon with teeth that had been extracted without our consent. No consent form signed, no type of quote, no one informed us they would be extracting teeth. They stated they did not have that type of time to let their patients owners know that they were going to extract teeth. Extremely disappointed in this veterinary clinic. Will no longer be taking ANY of our animals there & I advise you do not either. Both my mom & dad feel blindsided by the way Dodge City Vet handled our family dog and the situation.
