Dobbin Dog Ranch

I’ll say this. It’s pretty rare for someone to exceed my expectations. But, in this case, I have to say, I am amazed. The facility is top notch. The trainer, Mike, is awesome. But most importantly, Bear came back fully put together. He heels perfectly, comes immediately when called back, walks right next to me without a leash. He is very obedient. A far cry from the day we dropped him off. Now I feel that we can take him anywhere and I have confidence he’ll listen. I think it opens up a ton of doors in terms of where we will be able to take him and things we will be able to do with him. Highly recommend! Amazing experience around. Oh, and the facilities are amazing.

In May 2023, my 3 year old Great Dane, Margaret, did a 2 week board and train with Mike. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. We love our walks so much more. I am comfortable and confident with her off leash and she has so much fun experiencing her environment! She responds 100% to my commands off-leash. Cats, vultures, deer, kids, cars, people, and other dogs have crossed our path and she has passed those tests every time! We are very thankful to have the freedom to really have fun together outside our home. Thanks Mike!

We completed training August 2025 and cannot say enough good things about the facility and the top notch care and training our pup received. We discovered Dobbin's from several dog owners in our neighborhood walking daily off leash with complete control, and rave about Dobbins Dog Ranch. Our dog is spirited and tough to control on a leash so we were not sure this would work for us! My husband and I cannot be happier with our experience and the joy this brings to our daily walks with our dog (Finn). Finn now gets at least twice the exercise which is so important for huskies! We give Mike 10 stars and will be back for boarding. Thank you so much for what you do, we're still in awe!

We love Dobbin Dog Ranch! Mike did a wonderful job training our lab, and she’s spent many vacations over there playing and swimming. Wonderful place and people.

This training has been life changing for us! My only regret is that I didn’t go sooner. I have a super high energy and stubborn Irish Setter, and I never thought that one day we’d be walking off leash. She is so much happier and well exercised. Thank you Mike!!
