Dixieland, Dr. Gannon, & all her staff were so compassionate when my sweet baby boy, Sully died. They helped me get him cremated. They held me & comforted me both when i dropped him off & when i picked him up. They brought Cosita out to comfort me . She is 1 of Sully's babies. I cannot say enough good about the whole experience.

The staff is very nice and takes great care of my fur babies. The only complaint I have is the price that was originally given to me, was well under the price at pick up. Now I’m not saying my fur baby didn’t need the extra care provided however an update before hand to make sure I had the money is good business, as this put me in a bit of a bind that I was not prepared for. Changed from 4 to 5 stars because the veterinarian returned call and throughly apologized for the situation and was extremely professional and apologetic!!! Would highly recommend as they are very nice and best of all they do a great job treating your fur babies

My dog now goes there we moved to chipley, I read the reviews and all I can say is some of the people in the reviews complaining bout cost wow lol be glad you don't live in a big city you don't wanna know those price's. Dentist's and Vet's all charge a lot som more then a doctor visit. I also had insurance on my dog office visit's are free, 1 set of xrays free teeth cleaning once a year free, I had insurance through VCA 80. bucks a month well worth it, the only thing I paid for was what the vet gave her and all shots were also free.

Thank you to Michelle A. From Dixieland for easing my fur momma heart on Saturday afternoon. Thank you for giving me advice on how to set up for our sweet girls delivery and encouraging me to just leave her be and let her do it. She did a great job and is doing well. Thank you again for all of your knowledge and encouragement. If we lived closer this definitely the vet I would use on a regular basis. Thanks again Michelle. 2boys 2 girls

I really liked the Dr./Vet. She was fantastic and owned a very similar breed of cat. First class all the way. They took care of my sick baby and have her on the road to recovery as this is being typed. It was a bit expensive, however I did say when I walked in, I didn't care the cost, I just wanted my cat to be ok. I was an emergency walk with no appointment. So I was at the mercy of the clinic and they did not hesitate in getting my Coco back, tested, and treated. With a total bill of $471.81 it would have been nice if they would have waved the $70.00 walk in fee especially after allowing them to upsale me on flea treatments and agreeing to bring the other cat in to get her shots updated. At least that is what I would have done.
