Doctors and employees were nice. Is kind of hard to get an appointment within a reasonable period. I kind of feel like if your animal is dying, there should be some sort of priority over another animal that is getting plastic surgery and some implants. Just kidding, but if your dog looks on the verge of death and they tell you the soonest they can see your dog is in 3 weeks, clearly those content with an appointment do not have a really sick animal. Anyway, would be nice if they reserved a portion of their schedule for the urgent issues and not just feed everyone through the same scheduling system. No complaints with the staff, but their systems are not 5 star yet. I did appreciate they squeezed us in after a cancellation, but took several calls to achieve that.

Doctor McDonald is the best veterinarian. After taking my little one to the emergency vet on a Saturday I left with no answers. I was fortunate enough to get Dr McDonald at Dixie Veterinary to take care my dog Pepper. As we all know our fur babies mean everything in this world to us. She was thorough and very compassionate. I felt lucky that Dr McDonald was there that day when I brought Pepper in for care. Thank you so very much for your support. I could never express my gratitude to you. Thanks ❤️

My pup is such a nervous little guy, and this clinic was amazing! Dr Thoady got right down on the ground with him and let him get comfortable with her. We have used another vet in town and this was such a good experience. We will be switching all our animals here!

Dr. McDonald and Dr. Gust have been so caring and really do an amazing job. The front staff & Juli is always greeting you with a soft smile. Highly recommend them for all your vet needs.

We had to put down our two older pups yesterday, such a hard thing to do but the staff made this experience the absolute best it could have been. We had our own room, our vet asked before moving on to each step and was empathetic respectful and kind. We couldn’t have asked to be taken care of any better, thank you to all who helped yesterday🩷.
