Diva Dogs Day Spa

I would definitely go there again. Summer was the groomer. She was pleasant and did a very good job. My dog is a senior and hard of hearing and has poor sight. She was very good with him. It took a lot longer than i though but that being said it was fine. I now know and can adjust for the free time. I would recommend Summer she was very kind.

This is the fourth time that I have taken my mini Goldendoodle to Diva Dogs. They were ok the first couple of times that I brought him in for a full grooming at the cost of $75.00. The third time that I brought him in they charged $85.00 because they said that he grew. I was never told that they could change prices without informing the customer. Today, not only did they keep my pup there for four hours….ridiculous….but when my husband picked him up they charged us $100. I do not like the fact that you cannot see what they are doing to the dogs behind closed doors and I do not like being taken advantage of!! I’m DONE with this groomer!!

By far one of the best places around. The staff was very friendly and patient. They treated my dog with so much care. The grooming was done beautifully—clean, neat, and exactly what I asked for. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

I've been going there for over a year, my groomer is Kim. This being said she is no longer there but when I took my 2 dogs I wasn't informed I would have a new groomer at drop off or pick up! The anxiety my dogs had that night was awful and their cut was not as good. I hope communication improves and the quality of their work. I also referred my neighbor who has 6 dogs and that was event acknowledged... very disappointed

Only gave one star because I had to. -5stars My two dogs had 3pm appts and by 8 only one had just gotten done. Poor scheduling over booking and tried to feed us all kind of excuses as to why so long.5 hours there and then the expected me to bring one back tomorrow to get done. NO THANK YOU! My dogs hadn’t eaten yet and when we picked them up both had to go to the bathroom real bad and drank a ton of water when we got home. We will not be going there ever again!
