We always get our fur baby's birthday cake here and she loves it! Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I’ve been buying cakes from this store for the past three years and have always been happy — until this year. I ordered a cake on Friday for Saturday delivery. By noon on Saturday, I noticed my order was charged for UPS delivery, so I called to offer to pick it up myself. The staff member assured me that wasn’t necessary since I live locally and they would deliver it that day. Unfortunately, the cake never arrived by 7 p.m. I tried contacting them through Instagram that night and over the weekend but received no response. I finally called on Monday around 4 p.m. to request a refund. The person who answered said she didn’t know what happened because she hadn’t been there on Saturday and then accused me of being rude — even though I was just asking for an explanation. Helpful and pleasant employees, ample selection of quality dog/pet foods. Love the freezers and fridges full of healthy dog meals + plans. There is usually a good discount running as well for some of the typically more expensive foods. They have a program for every 10th bag free on some of the dog food. Will definitely come here regularly.

Amazing service all throughout. Placed the order online and also needed day of specific delivery instructions and they were followed to a T! The cake was amazing and my pup loved it. There was even a candle included an amazing detail I didn’t even think of. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone wanting to get sweet treats for their pets.
