Dirty Paws

Average....grooming was done...doodle needed to be cut short as matted some. Groomer very nice, told poodles her specialty. She left no attempt at "character" like fuller ears, tail. Also, did not have dog ready after 2hrs...which was annoying as that was my accepted req and underst a nding. One positive: mgr(?) does handle phone and appts. Spends time discussing info. It's a competitive business. For over $100 to wash and shave, clip nails only...I'm looking for more styling skill. I requested him to be in and out in 2hrs. (Normal time if don't break up work with add'l dogs) He was not ready I had to come back...an add'l 35+ min!

We absolutely love this place. We have been bringing our pup here for the past 6 years and we wouldn't take him anywhere else. The groomers are patient and kind to our dog especially because he's deaf. Also, they do a great job cleaning up his hawks. He an Australian shepherd and always comes back looking so clean and brand new. 😊

I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else the old white man in the front was very rude and was trying to tell me what to do with my dog. Not only that he said you need an appointment. What place makes you have an appointment to self wash your own dog? and the place was practically empty. Then to top it off their prices are more than any other self dog wash in the area. I will definitely be informing everyone I know to go elsewhere. to be honest, I was uncomfortable as soon as I walked in it seems like one of those places that are just gonna continuously stare and watch you as you try and get your business done.

Work Completed: I sent in two small dogs dogs for grooming and they came out spotless. Especially our fuzzy one! ;) Customer Service: The groomers were kind, but the dude at the front desk lacked the warmth I would expect from such a lovely place. Price: While I would say that the prices are competitive, I did find 130 for two dogs to be pretty steep. They charge an extra $10 for a face hair trimming, in which they only clipped excess hair off the top of his ears and missed two patches of dead hair.

Dirty Paws did an absolutely outstanding job grooming our puppy (large breed) we just adopted from a county shelter. They gave her a good bath, trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears and paws, and cleaned her coat. She looks and feels like a princess now. Thank you, Dirty Paws!
