Kelley did a phenomenal job grooming my sweet Indie, and she even went above and beyond by making her the most precious customized doggie bandana! She groomed her exactly as I asked; I could tell Indie was feeling extra confident when we left!(: Additionally, I could tell that Kelley took good care of her while I was away because she was her usual joyful self when I picked her up, and Indie tends to be anxious around new people! I highly recommend Kelley, she did a fantastic job!

This is the 2nd time Prince our Yorkie has gone in for grooming. We couldn’t be happier with Kelly the groomer. Prince has came home both times just happy as can be! They cut his hair just as instructed to do so by us!I also like the little scarf with his name on it that they put on him once they are done with him. We will most definitely be back again! Lisa "groomed" my mother's dog today. Lisa was contacted twice by phone. The first time, mom requested her dogs hair to be cut short and she told my mom a price of $35. The second call, my mom told her that her dogs hair is very long, his hair is not in good shape and it needs to be cut. Lisa again said it would cost her $35. When my mom got there today, Lisa said the dogs hair did not need to be cut, she said it would come back not as soft and his hair is beautiful. Mom told Lisa AGAIN, to cut the dogs hair short. My mom left, Lisa told her the dog would be ready in 2 hours. Lisa called my mom at 10:42, and said her dog had tapeworms. My mom then called her vet at 10:43 to get her dog an appointment. Kelly did such an amazing job w/ our 2 pitties, Django & Remy. She groomed & spoiled them then sent them home w the cutest personalized bandanas. She also makes homemade dog treats that they absolutely love. I can’t recommend her enough!

She is awesome, Very friendly and sweet! Wrangler seemed to be relaxed and calmed. His tail was wagging and in a very good mood when I got there. We definitely love the bandana she makes for the fur babies!
