My mom and I had such a great experience at Diggidy Dog in Carmel! We were shopping for some toys for my mom's new puppy, and Demetrius was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided my mom to the perfect toys for a teething pup. His friendly attitude and expertise made the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend this shop, especially if you're a new pet parent looking for great products and even better service. Located on Ocean Avenue in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Diggidy Dog may possibly be the best dog store we have ever been to. This establishment has a great selection of clothing, toys, and treats. Our dog Sidney got a little bit of all three! If you're a pet owner and in the area, we'd highly recommend stopping by!
This was one of my highlights of my pupcation in Carmel! Aunt Sandy made this hands down one of the most memorable experiences with my pup. She showed me around the store, made some awesome suggestions on toys, wearables, and treats for my doggie. I appreciated how she treated my dog like her own! Amazing customer service. I loved that the store had a little changing table to try on hats, shades, outfits and more! They had such a wide selection of toys and treats too. My dog was sniffing like crazy and we had a wonderful time here.
They have a lot of fun toys and clothes, I usually stop by when visiting the area, even if in Monterey, I’ll make the trip over to visit the pet store. But their loss prevention techniques are less than subtle. From the moment you enter, the staff is glued to you, asking you about each item you’re looking at, etc. Borderline feels like harassment. Regardless, I won’t be returning.
Such a cute store! Demetrius went above and beyond by helping my nervous pup get fitted perfectly into his new harness. He was so knowledgeable about fitting the harness just right and so good with my pup. Phenomenal service. Thank you!
