Desert View Animal Hospital

Sadly I had to put my beloved Patches to rest here. I was not ready to let her go after 25 long years. The staff were gentle. The room was prepared with a candle. They asked if I have gone through this before, I had, so I took the night and we let her go gently the next day. They surprised me with a very small vile of her hair and whiskers I wanted but didn't have scissors for. I left.. they ran out after me and handed me everything I wished for. I cried all the way home. 😭 They were gracious in a painful time and helped me through it.

We are traveling from Ohio to stay in Phoenix Arizona for two weeks when one of our dogs skinned the bottom of both front paws to where it was an open sores. Desert veterinarian clinic Was able to see us right away and took care of the matter. The professionalism and Compassion helped Dixie (a boxer) with her injuries . We’ve appreciate their service.

We had our Bailey spayed here and the experience was just amazing. We felt she was in great hands from the start. Everything went just as planned. Bailey healed so well and so fast. They called to check on her. I highly recommend this hospital for the best service!

Desert View Animal Hospital is truly exceptional. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Pan for my newly adopted pug puppy and the level of care, professionalism, and integrity demonstrated by the entire team (shoutout to the Vet Assistant, Chris and Melissa at the front desk!) was outstanding. What impressed me most was the transparency and honesty. Dr. Pan took the time to explain my puppy's vaccine schedule and recommendations for her separation anxiety and crate training without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I was given clear, detailed estimates for all services, which is a huge comfort. Dr. Pan and staff are amazing! For the first time in a long time, I felt like a provider truly listened and cared for our pet. Dr. Pan took the time to explain the issue we came in for and made sure we understood everything. Unlike other vets who wanted to experiment, she actually reviewed our pet’s chart notes and came prepared with a solid medical plan. Thank you for helping our pet and giving him some much-needed relief. I highly recommend this office, provider, and staff — I only wish I had found them sooner! 🐾
