Safe to say the best vet I’ve ever been too. I had the pleasure of having the owner as my vet today, my dog is very nervous at the vet barks a lot, and is protective of me, they were so accommodating and sweet to her and took the time to make her feel comfortable. At the end, she loved the vet tech and was letting her give treats. They spent so much time with me answering all my questions. This location is quiet, comfortable very clean and just quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at a vet. You can just tell how much they actually care about the animals, and that goes such a long way.

Dr. Kitchen! She sat down and listened to my 2 week summation with new puppy scratching. I had lots of questions with a new puppy from food, treats, chews, ‘bulky sticks!’ She was wonderful. Gave us a few options on how WE wanted to proceed. She checked clinics prices on treatments before going forward with the treatment we decided on after her options. I can now say we have chosen our Veterinarian for Bentley, Dr. Kitchen.

We absolutely love Desert Ridge Animal Hospital! My pup has never been more calm and excited to go to the vet. We have an English bulldog and are a frequent visitor of this office. front desk is extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr.Kunkel is an amazing Vet who takes pride in her care for your fur babies. Not to mention she went to one of the best veterinary schools in the country. I couldn’t be more comfortable with her expertise and level of professionalism. Thank you DRAH for keeping Winston healthy and happy!!!

How this place has 4.8 stars is mind boggling. We have never in 40+ years of seeing veterinarians seen a practice so incompetent and unskilled. If you truly care about your pets, you will avoid this horror house like the plague. If you do not care what happens to your pets, then this is the place for you.

Dr. Kunkel saved my pup Ty’s life. Ty was diagnosed with Valley Fever and Dr. Kunkel caught it and he is now doing amazing. I also take all my other pups to Dr. Kunkel. I have 4 dogs and she has done a great job caring for all of them. They are older and I take their health seriously and so does she. The office is east to get in touch with. I also like the ability to text with questions. Dr. Kunkel is very responsive and goes above and beyond to do her job.
