Desert Pawz Cage Free Grooming

Service was good while not as good as the otherplace i go they cuatomer service was good reason for the 5 star i just like the way my dog comes back smelling from the other place i go down the road. I also wasnt to fond of seeing him looking uncomfortably chained up behind the grooming table not that it was inhumane or bad necessarily just not what i get from the other place where he dies in a comfortable kennel. This is not a bad a review just not the llace for me the girls were very sweet and had great customer service. The other animals i seen getting groomed did look very well groomed my dog doesnt need hair cutting so it not really the place i needed i take him for a good smelling bath nails ear cleaning etc.

I've brought my maltipoos here numerous times. Every time they turn out perfect! It doesn't matter who the groomer is.. they've all been great! I was going somewhere that cost less.. but I'm willing to pay a bit extra for the quality grooming they get.. and very fast! The longest they've ever been there is 1.5 hours. Always on time. Love this place.

I recently got a senior dog that was my nanas. She passed recently and I had no idea how to care for his fur type. Took him in expecting just a trim but the guy totally transformed him and he looks amazing!! I’m defiantly coming here every month

I came in for a walk in service for my dog- I understand it was later than expected but at 4:00 and closing at 430 I thought I’d be able to come after work. There was still a dog getting groomed and three people there. I am a loyal customer here but was not greeted and got side eyed coming in. Front desk lady was rude and short. You MUST make an appointment- don’t trust the walk in service unless in the morning or early afternoon. Please put walk in service hours on your website. Seems to change every time I walk in.

The groomer for my doodle shaved him away too close and for two weeks he was miserable! It was one of the cutest grooms he’s ever had, but unfortunately, I have to give it two stars because it was a rough two weeks after the groom! My little rescue pup had a decent groom. His leg length is slightly uneven compared to his body. Just to go in detail how my doodle was miserable… He had razor burn over his private areas. He was itchy, continually licked his wounds and was very restless. We used the cone of shame in a onesie in order to protect himself. He was not able to lay still or sit still for two weeks. We cannot take him on a walk as he would want to stop and itch every 2 feet or so. He had red bumps and a rash on his male parts. When I called to express my concern to the groomer, they w
